We use high-quality PLA filaments and specific print settings to create fidgets that are designed to last for months with normal use. However, like any small mechanical item, consistent and heavy daily use can lead to a shorter lifespan.

⚠️Product Disclosure – 3D Printed Fidget Items⚠️
Please handle your 3D printed fidget item with care. These products are designed as assembled pieces and are not intended to be taken apart.
Attempting to pull apart or separate any components may cause damage to the internal structure, including breakage of inner mechanisms. Any damage resulting from disassembly or misuse is considered user error.
Items that are damaged due to being pulled apart or otherwise misused are not eligible for replacement, return, or exchange.
By purchasing and using this product, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

No, we do not sell digital files including STL files.

Most domestic orders will arrive within 5-10 business days of placing your order.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. During warmer seasons, your products will most likely ship on Monday through Wednesday to ensure the shortest amount of time in transit as possible.
All of our shipping is processed domestically through USPS and UPS. Shipping times are dependent on your location, but tend to be around 2-3 business days.
Once the package is scanned by the assigned carrier we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
However, I always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact support@rpartsandco.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.

Absolutely. If you'd like to include a special note, please type it out in the order notes before checkout. We will include your note in the package. Please be sure to use their shipping address if you want it sent directly to them.

If the assigned carrier fails to deliver your package correctly or if your package is stolen, this is not the responsibility of RP Arts and Co. You will be prompted to file a claim through the carrier for a full refund. We are not liable for carrier errors.
Please be sure to ship your orders to a reliable address that doesn't have frequent delivery issues.
Please always be sure to double check your ship to address at check out. If you input the wrong ship to address, the package will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the new shipping costs to re-send the item.
