SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping via USPS Ground and UPS.  We ship from California. Shipping is available within the 50 United States only at this time.

Allow at least 5-10 business days for processing on all orders prior to being released to carrier.  Orders will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service.  Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.  All orders process and ship Monday-Saturday, excluding Sunday and all US federal holidays.

Notifications & Receipts:
We will email you an order confirmation. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email, which will include the tracking# associated with your shipment. Add support@rpartsandco.com to your contact list to ensure that notification emails are received.

Damaged & Missing Items:

If package arrives damaged or with damaged or missing items, you must notify us at support@rpartsandco.com  within 48 hours of arrival.

Lost Packages :

In the rare event that your order never arrives, we must receive notification via email, within fifteen (15) days of order placement. Contact us here.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy:

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged (broken glass, broken clicker), we will happily offer a replacement. If you are absolutely unhappy about an item you ordered, please reach out here or via email to see if we can make it right: support@rpartsandco.com.

Please handle your 3D printed fidget item with care. These products are designed as assembled pieces and are not intended to be taken apart.

Attempting to pull apart or separate any components may cause damage to the internal structure, including breakage of inner mechanisms. Any damage resulting from disassembly or misuse is considered user error.

Items that are damaged due to being pulled apart or otherwise misused are not eligible for replacement, return, or exchange.
